Job Description

We're looking for a prep cook with a passion for food, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You'll join a supportive team that takes pride in crafting delicious, scratch-made dishes with locally sourced ingredients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build your culinary skills while contributing to a high-quality dining experience, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and proteins with consistency and care.
Measure and mix ingredients to support daily menus and specials.
Assist chefs with cooking and plating as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
Bring an attention to detail to every task, helping us deliver a polished, upscale café experience.
Support inventory and restocking to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Pitch in wherever needed to support the team, including dishwashing.

Qualifications

No professional kitchen experience required - we'll train the right person.
Dependability, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn are essential.
Ability to stay focused and efficient in a lively, fast-paced kitchen.
A team-player attitude with clear communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
